Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

We have many recents hp laserjetpro 404dn, often connected on desktops through usb cable.

For all, users have sometimes prints with plenty of stange caracteres, and it consumes all the paper that rest.

I tried latest drivers, but i think there is not the cause because for printers which are connected through ethernet all works very well without issue

Pc are onto win10 64 bits. I don't find the way to fix this bug/issue.

A user told me he has got the wrong page with strange caracteres, just after printed a good page and seen the lcd panel going to hibernate mode.

(i see options into the lcd, but i cannot put big values on this, or desactivated ecomique/hibernate mode.

Is there a way to fix it? does anybody have had the same issue on this model?

Thanks

Regards
