HP Laserjet 500 colorMFP M570dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I recently installed two HP Laserjet 500 colorMFP M570dn network printers in two different offices.  One back in March and one three weeks ago.  Same model, firmware updated to latest ver.  I installed the M570 Full driver software directly from HP web site.  Client computers are Win10 Pro 64bit and Win7 Pro 32bit.  Whenever someone on a Windows 7 computer attempts to print duplex documents the 2nd pages always come out corrupted, the image is upside down, text is backwords like looking at it in a mirror and it looks layered or blurry.

When I uninstall the printer from a Windows 7 client and install the Universal Print Driver (PCL6 or PS) duplexing works fine.

Can you help me determine why the driver designed for this printer does not support duplex printing from Win7 clients but the Universal driver does?

I appreciate your response.
