Hi,
Our HP Laserjet 9040dn is having some issues on startup. Immediately after I turn it on, all of the lights are solid (Ready, Data, Attention) and the display is blank. Nothing ever shows on the display. The printer doesn't respond to any button presses, and the printer sits there like this nonstop. I can hear the whirring inside like it is trying to start, but it never does.
Any suggestions?
