Product: HP Color Laserjet M452dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello!

I work for a company and we have about 15 HP Color Laserjet M452dn printers.  Every one of the event logs has the error 49.07.09 with no discription.  It still seems to print everything just fine, but this is clogging up my HP WebJet admin error log reports.  

 

The only problem I can really see in performace is the speed of printing PDF files, but those are slow on everything.

 

Can you please tell me what the error is, and how I can address it?  

I'm on Firmware date code 20160921 which seems to be the newest one because it doesn't update past there when I use the newest updater.  I'm also using driver version 8.10.1320.2893 for new machines but older ones may be a version or two behind that.  I have no way of knowing what document or user caused the printer to generate the error.

 

Our Clients use Windows 7x64 and Windows 10x64, the print server is Windows Server 2008R2
