HP Recommended
Product: Mac 27 2017 5K
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Unable to connect   HP Laserjet Pro 400 color MFP M475dw to BT Hub 6  Wi Fi. I have tried manually by finding the SSID and inputting pass code-initially says "connected" but then drops out and is then states " not connected".

Also tried "Wi-Fi Protected using the pushbutton method after a few seconds "connection established"- press ok BUT is "not connected" on next screen .... Please can anyone help. many thanks
