All,

I have 2 issues, one is when I want to scan to an email, the e-mail server cannot be reached, but if I shutdown the printer and turn it on again, I can scan to e-mail again.

 

But during switch off, I'm getting error: 49.0621

As far is I know, I do have the latest firmware installed, see below:

 

Servicecode: 27143 

Datumcode firmware: 20190113

Versie van Bedieningspaneel: 0x14

 

Maybe the two issues are related to each other. I do not have issues to scan or print documents.

 

Who can help me further?
