Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, our printer has the latest firmware. we were having an excel issue below when we were using the M402-M403 n-dne PCL 6 driver. The error would just flash up randomly in excel when not trying to print. So we changed this to universal PCL 5 (5.2) - this meant really slow print outs. so tried a pcl 6 universal driver which was printing out gibberish, then changed the driver to PCL 5 (v6.1.0) and now it randomly prints slowly (user reports up to 5 minute wait). Do you recommend a specific driver for the printer on windows 10. Printer is deployed through group policy, many thanks
