Product: HP Latex 570
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

The HP Latex 570 printer gives me a problem on the backlit profile. It prints all well, but Magenta is slightly off, half a mm to the side. I have included an image below (where on the left you see the same image printed with a different profile (non backlit) and on the right the backlit profile where magenta is printed out of line).

Seeing the image, I believe it is the backlit profile that causes this problem, but I need that profile to print for a client.

What can I do? I have cleaned the print heads, realligned them two times and also did the print head test (they are all OK) and I printed the optimizer test and the level of optimizer is OK as well.
