HP M404n

Hi All

 

I've got an HP M404n printer which isn't connecting to the wired ethernet.  it connected fine when it was first purchased but it got moved from one room to another and hasn't worked since.

 

It works fine when connected by USB.   There are no lights on the network card or the switch when the ethernet cable is plugged in.  I've tried connecting it directly to the switch with a network cable that I know works with no change.  It's running the latest (2118A) firmware.  I've tried restoring the networking settings to default as well as doing a cold reset of the printer from the menu.

 

I've tried running HP Print and Scan Doctor with no errors detected.

 

Does anyone have any other suggestions I can try?
