On my HP LaserJet M607, I have a problem with printing multiple-page documents. Mainly when I print PDF documents, but sometimes also when printing Word documents.

 

What happens: printing, for example, a 12-page document, 11 pages roll out of the printer in no-time, but the last page takes 3-4 minutes to print. It occurs often, but not always, when printing PDF documents and sometimes when printing Word documents. The printed documents contain only text.

 

This is very annoying because often I take out the print job, staple it, give it to a colleague and the last page is missing.

 

Why does the last page take so very long to print?
