HP Recommended

I have a HP M880z MFP which has been working well sending scanned items via my old email server.

 

I have changed to Outlook.com MS Exchange and when I enter the recommended details from MS and test the configuration doesn't work. The HP M880z is on the latest firmware and I use the following details for the configuration;

 

smtp.office365.com

port 587, also tried port 25

on the HP its has two check boxes

 1. Enable SMTP SSL/TLS Protocol

 2. Validate certificates for outgoing server connections

I have tried switching them both off and on in different combinations

I use my Outlook.com email address and password

 

I am using Exchange Online (Plan 1)

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
