Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Had this all in one for about 2 years and all of a sudden I cannot scan from the printer to the computer and have to use the hp scan which works.  Ran the print & scan doctor and found no issues but the scan to network folder setup I get "Your printer cannot connect the server"  I have tried a bunch of different fixes that I have found but nothing works so far - removed the printer and reinstalled, updated the firmware, reset to factory defaults, made sure the router scans are on, I evern went as far as uninstalling the last window's update that was installed 2 days prior to the scaner not working.  All printing functions work properly over the wireless from 3 different computers and the HP Scan from computer works - I am at a loss!!!!!  Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! - Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
