I have been using direct connect in order to connect to my HP OfficeJet 3830 which has been working fine since I live on a University campus and cannot use their Wifi to connect my printer. Recently, I have not been able to print some files with an error sign which occurs every couple of weeks in which all I have to do is uninstall the printer from my computer and reinstall the computer on HP smart and on windows and update the drivers. However, the drivers will not update all the way and when I try to update the drivers manually, I am confronted by a message that says, "The driver cannot be installed because it is either not digitally signed or not signed in the appropriate manner". My computer is able to connect with my printer and the printer can be used to scan documents right now, but for whatever reason, I am unable to install the drivers.
