Product: HP OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra
My printer is currently displaying "Error Code 0X83C0002B - NOS_LOADER_APP". I cannot press any buttons on the touch panel and the ink won't move when I open the top. My printer is set up wirelessly and it worked just fine yesterday. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in already. I also tried holding the power button down for one minute. Thanks in advance for your help!
