Product: HP OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
All scans using document feeder come out crooked. Always a few degrees twisted to the right. When using the feeder, I scan one document at a time, and ensure the edge guides are up against the document tightly. I've used all suggestions I have found in other forums. I have cleaned the ADF feeders, rollers, and separator pad, and tried using the HP Print Doctor. I make sure the paper I use is not folded, damaged, damp, or wrinkled. Absolutely nothing has worked. Really need some help. Thank you.
