Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 is recognized and prints etc. in HP Smart but is not found when trying to install on computer below

 

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041

System Type x64-based PC

System SKU Surface_Laptop

 

Other computers and mobile devices are able to print to the 8210 wirelessly. 

 

This computer is able to print/scan wirelessly to  OfficeJet Pro 8600 Premium that is also on network.
