Product: OfficeJet Pro 8610

“Missing or Failed Printhead” ERROR.

Performed all troubleshooting measures short of purchasing a new printhead…really would like to think there’s something I’m missing.

Also, ERROR CODE “Oxc19a0003”

Has anybody experienced and resolved this issue?
