Product: officejet pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After purchasing this and installing the software, it keeps printing garbage (random symbols and such) on it's own wasting paper and ink. I check the print que on my computer nothing shows up, but if I put pare in it it starts printing this garbage. Pages and pages of it, I have gone in and tried deleting printing jobs on the printer itself as they start but it just loads up these print jobs later. I have just started to keep the paper tray empty but then I have to load paper and then try and delete the load of jobs with garbage on it before I can print anything. I'm sure it's something simple due to a hack but I've tried updating the software but still keeps happening. Again nothing shows up as waiting print jobs when i open  HP Smart.
