HP 9020
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 has Blue Screen with code B305DFF9 showing on the screen.

 

My OfficeJet Pro 9020 has been showing a blue screen with code B305DFF9 on the screen for the last month or so. When this happens, the power button will not shut the printer down, I have to unplug the power cord and reset the printer then plug it back in.  The printer works fine for a little while after the reset, but then the blue screen and code returns.

 

I've seen some other posts that suggest it needs a specific link sent to me for factory reset.  How do I get this to fix the problem?
