Product: HP OfficeJet pro X576dw MFP

Hi,

we are having problems to setup our MFP printer with Office 365 for scanning.

 

Account normally works on other HP printers

- username@company.onmicrosoft.com

- smtp.office365.com @ 587 SSL/TLS enabled, SMTP Auth. Enabled

 

When I try to save config, I will get error "Unable to connect to the printer. Check your configurations and try again"

 

- Printer works with smtp relay and disabled authentication.

- We have upgraded Firmware to the newest one.

- I have disabled IPv6 (use Ipv4 only)

- I tried to use google DNS instead of internals one, no success

 

Anybody has any idea what can be wrong ?
