Product: HP OfficeJet Pro x476DW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Our HP OfficeJet Pro x476DW, it has started giving the error message "Open the ink access door, remove any obstruction and close the door. Once done, Press OK".  I open the ink access door, find NO obstruction, press ok. I have to clear my print que every time and reprint jobs.

A few weeks ago it was printing poorly and had color streaks, so I did the extensive printhead cleaning option and the print improved but now getting the error.

Running Windows 10 and my printer is up to date, Hp computer.
