Product: Surface pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 Before this happened my HP Officejet 4630 printer was working perfectly fine. We redid my office so the printer was unplugged over night. Next day plugged in and didn't work. No sound, lights or anything. I have replaced the internal battery. I now see a green light and hear the power. I have tried all the steps of unplugging from the back then the wall and waiting 60 seconds. Here I am so frustrated. Please help. I love this printer. It is old but no problems until now.
