Hi,

 

We have just supplied a customer whit this printer after his previous one failed, Its only around 1 month old, but now every time the users turns the printer on it tries to run maintenance tasks. He has let it go through this various times, but they still run each time the printer is turned on. Is there any way to stop this?

 

The printer is not used much, maybe printers 4.5 sheets a week so shouldnt be doing this?
