Product: HP Officejet 8010 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My HP Officejet 8010 printer has been working fine but recently, when I select double-sided printing, the text start 3.5cm down from the top of every odd-numbered page (so the footer text is a few mm from the bottom edge of the paper). Even-numbered pages are OK. I've checked the printer settings and preferences and all are correct. Can anyone help?
