HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 8022
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchaed this printer in the end of July 2020 had no problems til last night  (I barely printed anything since buying it)

I scanned 1 image and I had blue stripes today I tried again and all are blue stripes.

I looked inside on the right side there is ink all over the place on what looks like a belt and some type of padding.

Im really mad right now as I needed to use this for work . 

 

I can't even find a printer cleaner setting on the thing.

 

How can this be resolved?
