Product: HP Officejet Pro X576DW

I got HP Officejet Pro X576DW printer. After it's power on it loads and screen become not responding. Power off button not responding. I did tried hard power off, disconnect power cable. waited 2-3 min. then hold power on button for 30 sec.

After power back on. Turn on unit with power button. Printer loads up. Screen become responsive for 5-10 sec and then all freezing up again and not responding. Any more suggestions?? Some hard factory reset?
