HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro x576dw that’s printing pages like the ones attached below. Any idea what can be causing that? The cartridges are new and genuine HP and I’ve had a user who was on site run the clean print head utility multiple times but is hasn’t gotten any better. I posted about it on another forum and someone mentioned to clean the wiper docking/capping station but I went through the manual and could not find out how to do that. Is this fixable or is it time for a new printer?
