HP PageWide Color Flow MFP 586
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings

Our organization has a HP PageWide Color Flow MFP 586 that is experiancing an odd issue. The MFP will intermittantly prompt on the control panel the following - The following conditions have been detected - the system is busy 2018-01-31 15_09_25-HP » Control Panel Snapshot - Internet Explorer.jpg

(Screenshot provided). This seems to happen whenever the scanner is being used.  When this message appears, you are unable to continue to perform the scan. This occurs for copies, scan to e-mail and scan to network folder. We have contacted a local HP service center - they have tried replacing the formatter and the scanner assembly, but the issue still persists. We are using the latest FutureSmart 4 firmware - 4.5.0.1

Our HP service center is a bit stumped as to why this is happening. Has anyone else experianced this issue and if so, how was it resolved?

Thanks,

Greg
