Hi all

Since I bought the HP PageWide Pro 377dw MFP 18 months ago the Scheduled Shutdown Power Management Setting has not been working as expected - the printer is not shutting down at the selected time. The printer is only connected to Ethernet, not to a WLAN and not to the PSTN for faxing.

Hope was flying high with the release of the 001.1839A firmware (latest as per 01/2019), since this forum post on the PageWide MFP 377dw not entering standby seemed to have a bit of relevance. Alas, also this firmeware upgrade did not help.

The current shutdown settings are as shown below:Shutdown Settings in Power ManagementShutdown Settings in Power Management

The printer goes into standby correctly, but never shuts down.

Any advice appreciated.

Best regards,

- Maurice
