HP Recommended
Product: HP PageWide Pro 452dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a brand new HP PageWide Pro 452dw that when we print on glossy photo paper the ink refuse to dry. And when you stroke a finger over the picture the colors goes away.

 

I have tried different photo papers, both from Canon and HP, and checked all printer settings.

 

Is there a problem with the ink it self, the one that is shipped with printer, or how can one print and make the ink completely dry?

 

Printing on normal paper is no problem, only on photo paper.
