HP Recommended
Product: PageWide Pro 477dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Subject printer scans successfully to NAS; 0 pages though. Doesn't pull from ADF or actuate scanner bar at all.When the scan is "previewed", the printer runs the scan sequence properly and shows an image of what is to be scanned. Any ideas? Can't recall the last time I scanned anything but it was working fine before.
