Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had just purchased this printer, HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP. It could not get beyond the Initializing screen.  I found a YouTube Video on how to reset the printer. Updated your firmware on the printer through web interface if possible.  You are not going to be able to reset to factory until the initialization is done. Hold down the power button and plug up the printer.  Hold until you see the Home symbol and the screen is black.  Tap home once, then the return symbol once, then Home twice.  A blue screen will appear, tap next until you see Full reset in the middle of the screen, tap Ok on that screen.  Once it boots back up, it will be like just out of the box.  The initialization completed quickly.
