Product: PageWide Pro 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

 I have an issue with the new HP PageWide Pro 477dw where the printer advanced default settings set from the server share ( eg. tray 2 and greyscale) are being ignored when printing from any Office application and the factory defaults are used instead (eg. autoselect tray and colour). The driver is latest version and also tried using the universal driver, please can anyone help?
