Hi im having a error code 0030-0003-0009

on my HP PageWide XL 8000 Printer I opened the carriage panel and noticed an wire was disconnected with the tag "post pb jam sns" 

the printer in the detalis menu says that a cable is disconnected but i cant find the connection where that cable goes into. Can someone help me please!!!!
