Prod. #: D3Q20A

Firmware: MAVEDWPP1N001.2012A.00.00

Greetings,

We're having an issue with the above printer, at times it will receive jobs and print with no problems, scan and send jobs to different workstations etc...

Other times, it won't receive a job at all, or a job will become "stuck" in the queue of the printer.

As a test I eliminated a hop by disconnecting the cat 6 cable from the switch and plugged it directly into the main switch, a cisco 2960X.

Immediately the LED status indicator on the switch began flashing green/amber indicating link errors. I tried different cat 6 cables and the result was the same.

At this point the printer was unable to receive any jobs at all.

I plugged it back into the previous switch it was plugged into and various jobs began to print.

However, this will also fail intermittently.

The firmware installed is the latest available firmware on the site.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
