Hello,

out of the blue the printer refused to Scan to Email (after years of using this feature). The reason: username of password is incorrect, or I do not have privileges (I have been using it for years!).

I tried to factory reset this printer using the methods in this community (cable with the power button, enable/disable then use Factory Reset). Nothing worked, after hours spent with this I gave up. I am hoping to get some help here. If you have a solution please help. Thank you.
