HP Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is going to be very lengthy and complicated. A few years back (I think in 2018) I was having some issues between my laptop (HP Pavilion) and my printer (HP Envy 4520) and I contacted HP and was referred to and transferred (I believe) to what I found out later to be a scam Tech Support. It was called IDT and Plexus. They did something to my computer that has affected the printing of my printer. I can print in black and white, but not in color from my computer. However, if I use my cell phone and print something, it comes out in color. That's how I narrowed it down to an issue with the laptop. I have updated all drivers, done a full diagnostic check, gone through the print properties and such, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, also installed printer with adding IP address, took out the printer ink cartridges and then disconnected power to the printer and then reconnected everything, but still can't fix the issue. Is there ANYTHING ELSE you can think of to do?
