Product: Photosmart Premium C310a

Hi folks,

 

This is about the HP Photosmart Premium C310a (CN503B)

 

I like to share that I found out how to access the hidden menu for factory reset the printer as this info was not findable on the internet afler a long long search.

 

After some time of tapping on the touch screen I finaly figure out the combination to get to the hidden menu.

 

When the printer is ready push these buttons:

 

1) 2x Back

2) 2x Home

3) 1x Back

4) 1x Cross

5) 1x Back

 

Here you go 😁

 

Hope this helps someone as it helps me get this printer back to normal again.
