Has anyone else had a second printer appear in HP Print & Scan Doctor when troubleshooting? Mine showed a second printer which I've never owned ( i.e. not an old one which I uninstalled, I've NEVER used this model at home or at work) as "installed" with a blue tick and (net) after the model number when in "Step1-select printer" ?! It doesn't show in Windows settings and can't be uninstalled or communicated with so why is it there? A neighbour's wireless maybe? Also mine shows as offline and fails to print sometimes despite being on? Thoughts - thanks.
