HP Recommended
Product: HP Printer 6978

 

The 6978 Office Jet  Pro printer doesn’t print black. I replaced the black ink with a HP cartridge.  The other colors are showing as low but I want to make sure that there isn’t something wrong with the printer before buying the other colors. Why wouldn’t the printer only print black? It’s currently just printing blank pages.
