Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Concern,

 

I brought a HP Probook 450G2 Laptop from Computer Source, Bangladesh year 2015. After 1 year latter i have experience a keyboard related problem, when typing suddenly my wifi has been automatically off (white ot orange state). every words are automatically wrote in CAPS lock.

After that, i changed the keyboard with a new one. But problem is still goining on.

 

I have talke with bangladesh HP customer care but they didnt provied my any solution.

 

Please help me regarding this what to do.
