HP Recommended
Product: SMART TANK 500 4SR29A
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

This HP SMART application is unable to detect my SMART TANK 500 All in One printer. What should i do?

This i already tried:

-Install a generic driver is Ok but only able to print black ink also scanner will not work

-Downloaded HP smart app on my macbook big sur, and tried add printer but not able to detect the printer

-Downloaded HP smart app on my windows 10PC but still unable to detect printer

-Replace 3 times the usb cable used to connect to printer and my PC but same result
