Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've just installed my first ever HP printer and am at wits end to get the thing to work.

I spent about 3 hours installing / uninstalling / changing firewall settings ( bitdefnder) and have finally got it working correctly on 1 computer. The other 2 computers can print and software appears to be installed but I cant use HP Scan Extended on either of the other two computers. I need HP scan extended to scan both sides.

When I run HP Print and scan Dr it says software not completely installed (but it appears to be). After install it doesnt print test page. I can print per usual, I can scan using windows software but HP Scan Extended doesnt work.

I have uninstalled, retarted and reinstalled the software from scandoctor at least half a dozen times now with different changes to the firewall and still no luck.

I would greatly appreciate some suggestions to fix this issue.1.jpg
