Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M478f
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019
Hi,
we have recently purchased an HP Color LaserJet Pro M478f. We were able to successfully install the driver on a Windows Server 2019 RDSH and printing works. However, there is no way to use the scanning functionality at all. Neither the "HP Scan" application, nor "HP Scan Twain" can be installed or run on the system. Is there any way to install HP Scan on a Windows Server operating system?
We previously used an M477 and with a few tricks were able to use the software on the server. The employees need HP Scan to send scanned documents via Outlook. Sure there is Scan-To-Mail, but some want to send it via Outlook.
