Product: HP ScanJet Pro 3000 S3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

We procured "HP ScanJet Pro 3000 S3" back to scan from .NET application. We installed TWAIN drivers and we are able to access the scanner from our x86 application but not from x64 application. when we check we found that only the x86 TWAIN driver is installed and not X64. Also note "x64" TWAIN driver is NOT installed even after installing the x64 package from the below URL.

 

URL we tried to install 64-bit driver: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-scanjet-pro-3000-s3-sheet-feed-scanner/10430940

 

Can you please let us know if "HP ScanJet Pro 3000 S3" supports 64bit Twain driver. If yes, can you provide us the URL to download and install 64-bit TWAIN drivers?

 

Also, provide as the list of HP Scanners which has 64bit Twain driver support?
