Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have been using this scanner (with a USB connection to the PC) for several months, and am a heavy user of the Merge function (can scan various items and save them as one PDF). Suddenly the Merge feature does not work, it is disabled and grayed out so cannot be enabled.
I tried rebooting the computer several times, rebooting the scanner several times, and uninstalling/reinstalling the software a couple of times. Nothing helps.
I can find no mention of the Merge function in the User Manual.
Thanks for any advice/assistance.
