Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
10 Scanners in 9 different offices
This scanner is great, but the drivers HP has failed to fix the problem.
The USB connection to the scanner will break. The "solution" that HP provides is to uninstall the software, then reinstall the software. This is a 25 minute process. The issue occurs everytime there is a Windows Update installed, at least once per month.
We have decided to switch to anothe brand of scanner, Fujitsu or Brother.
