Product: MacBook Pro
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

On my MacBook Pro, the App Store says there is an update for the HP Smart app. But when I open the App Store app and select HP Smart in the Updates section, the icon spins, but nothing happens. The update won't download. The same thing happens on my wifes's MacBook Pro, so I know the problem is not with my computer.
