Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
So this evening I have wasted a whole hour trying to accept the prompt request box "Do you want to make HP Smart better by sharing usage data?" - even if i click yes, the prompt request boomerangs back several times and then the App closes. I have not been able to scan and print home school material due to the inability to move beyond this stage. What do I do?
