Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a client with the following issue:


Client Message: Users now require an HP account to sign in to HP Smart. No big deal. Whenever I try to connect to HP smart or HP scan or make an account, the connection times out. I have tried this on 3 different devices (including while it is hardwired)

I suspect HP services might have been blocked but would you happen to know of anything HP related that is keeping us from connecting?
